Featured Keynote Speaker Brigadier General James Grant, Chief of Staff, New Jersey National Guard.

Co-sponsored by the NJ Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) with support from the NJ Department of Corrections, the NJ State Parole Board, and the NJ Jail Warden’s Association.

Sessions included USERRA Basic Training, Gangs in the Military, and the Panel Discussion "When Duty Calls".
